Please find enclosed the proforma invoice for the stay of this group and the rooming list and prices. In order to confirm your booking you only have to make the pre-payment indicated in the proforma invoice during the next two weeks by bank transfer to the account specified in the proforma invoice or by giving us a credit card number and an authorisation to charge the amount indicated. The final payment has to be done three weeks before the group arrival date.
